Simple to order
Airport Select connects you direct to the local airport provider and their services. This means more accurate descriptions, lower prices and a direct connection between you and the team that will give the desired assistance. After choosing the type of arrival, departure or connection service, any available add-ons are shown (like buggies, porters), and any passenger information needed for pre-arranging VIP help (like passport or visa information) can be entered. Then payment is made through a secure third party gateway. Finally the booker gets a confirmation E-mail with full details.
Easy to change
If you need to change a reservation you can do it by e-mail or through the Manage Booking area. When amnended a new e-mail confirmation will be sent to the booker identifying and confirming the changes that have been accepted. If any refund is due it will also be sent to the credit card or account used for the original payment, and you will get a separate confirmation that the refund has been done. It means you can manage you booking easily when unexpected changes occur, and will not have to wait for a refund.
Service Fee is refundable
If you need to cancel your journey, or to make a Major Change (one that means cancelling and re-booking the service) then you can do it by e-mail or though the Manage Booking tool, up to 48 hours before the service start time. For Cancellation, provided we are given 48 hours notice of cancellation, a refund of the Service Fee will be made. The Booking Fee and the Payment Processing Fee will not be refunded. For a cancellation or Major Change that is received less than 48 hours before the Service Start time, the Service Fee will not be refunded.
